It depends on the type. Negotiated settlements can lift a ban within 1-7 days. Court applications typically take 1-4 weeks. In genuine emergencies (medical, family bereavement), we can file urgent applications for same-day or next-day court hearings.

Generally no — the ban remains active until a court orders its removal or the parties reach a settlement. However, in some cases we can obtain temporary travel permission for urgent reasons (medical treatment abroad, family emergencies) while the main case continues.
